Montessori is an educational approach developed by physician and educator Dr. Maria Montessori that is based on her extensive research on early learning & human development. Focussed on self-directed activity & hands-on learning, this technique involves mixed-age classroom communities in which students are provided a choice of educational activities rather than everyone learning the same lesson at once. Every element in the classroom supports the child's development and matches the child's interest with meaningful activity. A unique curriculum is created for each child based on their interests and learning styles. The results are nothing short of amazing!
Note that entry into our school typically occurs at age 1.5, 3, grade 1 and grade 7 to follow the developmental cycles of learning as identified by Dr. Montessori. Students may transfer from an equivalent Montessori program at any point, space permitting.
Kindergarten is the third year of our Casa program. The Elementary level starts at grade 1 in this system.
Our programs are full for the 2024-2025 school year. Spaces sometimes open up throughout the year and we are able to fill spots from the waiting list in the order received. Join the waiting list by clicking the 'apply now' button.
